Bartender

Responsibilities:

• Working on the front line to provide exceptional service and guest experience to our customers.
• Require to mix and serve quality cocktails and drinks for guests, allowing them to enjoy the full experience of the restaurant.
• Will take beverage orders from servers or directly from guests and ensure that there is proper cash handling/POS recording at all times.
• Maintain a record of bar stock and control the supply if needed.
• Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the bar.
• Expected to have a vast knowledge of types of cocktails, mixes and blends so as to be able to serve up the best and exceed expectations of customers.

Requirements:

• Positive attitude and excellent grooming standards
• Good Communication skills
• Passion in Food & Beverage service and committed to deliver high levels of service
