Responsibilities:
- Daily F&B operation duties
- To ensure customer satisfaction and recovery
- To assist in minor paper work
- To be responsible and accountable for the operational running of their area of responsibility
- Assist guests to provide efficient and quality guest service
- Other Ad-hoc F&B duties assigned by Manager
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and excellent grooming standards
- Good Communication skills
- Passion in Food & Beverage service and committed to deliver high levels of service
