Chef De Partie / Junior Sous Chef
Responsibilities:
- Assist Head Chefs with daily operation, creation and preparation of Western/ Local / Japanese cuisine
- Ensure that quality, quantity, and correctness of food items served and displayed are as per Company’s and Chef’s standard recipes
- To manage the day to day operations of the section in the kitchen
- To ensure the consistency of food quality and standard
- To ensure and maintain safety and cleanliness and hygiene standard of the kitchen
- To assist in inventory and stock ordering
Requirements:
- Great Teamplayer & Positive Attitude
- Willing to work on shifts & weekends
- Minimum 2 year(s) of supervisory role for Chef De Partie position
- At least 5 years experience for Junior Sous Chef Position
